Greenland Animal Hospital has a feline adoption program. We accept young kittens into our program and then find homes for them. Most kittens come to us between 6 weeks and 4 months of age. We test all kittens for Feline Leukemia upon acceptance. Dr. Richards gives each kitten a comprehensive physical exam and treats any medical problems. We vaccinate each kitten against panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis, and calicivirus and treat internal and external parasites. Our adoption fee is $40.00. Each kittten goes home with a free bag of kitten food and a certificate for a spay or neuter that enables the surgery to be done at a reduced price of only forty dollars.
